With over 25 years in the insurance industry, Ben brings deep experience and steady leadership to Advantage Insurance Group. Starting his career at just 18, he has spent his professional life helping individuals and families find reliable coverage, and for more than a decade has served as the agency’s co-founder and managing partner.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys gardening, time with family, and the simple things in life—offering the same thoughtful, grounded presence at home as he does with his team and clients.

Brian Sr. co-founded Advantage Insurance Group in 2006 with a mission to help individuals and families build a secure financial future. Specializing in Medicare solutions and self-insured plans, he has guided thousands of clients in reducing costs and gaining peace of mind through thoughtful planning. Known for his honesty, hard work, and service-driven approach, Brian brings the same dedication to life outside the office, where he’s a proud husband and father of three, a Penn State graduate, and an avid outdoorsman who never misses a chance to cheer on the Philadelphia Eagles—Go Birds!

A graduate of Albright College and member of the Advantage team since 2013, Steve leads our Tax and Financial Planning divisions. In that role he enjoys helping our clients build their wealth, manage their taxes and feel more secure in their financial future. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Steve brings both expertise and genuine care to every client relationship. He is proud to have helped hundreds of our clients achieve their financial goals.

Outside the office, Steve enjoys cooking up meals as a home chef, photography and traveling to new destinations with his wife Bella. He’s also a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan and a proud cat dad.

With over 35 years in the insurance industry, Greg has spent his career specializing in health and ancillary insurance programs, particularly within the employer group market where he worked with major Pennsylvania employers to design and manage benefit plans. Now a consultant with Advantage Insurance Group, Greg brings that same depth of expertise to individuals, helping clients understand their options and confidently navigate the Medicare enrollment process with clarity and peace of mind.

Brian Jr. specializes in Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, helping clients find affordable coverage that truly fits their needs. With a client-first approach, he regularly reviews plans to ensure his clients receive the best possible benefits. Inspired by his father’s example, Brian is dedicated to making Medicare easy to understand and providing trusted, personalized guidance. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends from his hometown.

Alanna serves as the Assistant to the Office Manager at Advantage Insurance Group, often being the warm voice on the phone and the first friendly face clients meet. She keeps the office running smoothly by assisting clients, managing daily tasks, and supporting the team—proudly calling AIG one of the best places she’s worked. A La Salle University alumna and lifelong music lover, Alanna also celebrates 25 years of marriage with her husband, Philip.

Rachel has served as Office Manager at Advantage Insurance Group for over a decade, valuing the company’s family-like culture and the importance of treating every client with care and respect. While she now works more behind the scenes, she continues to support the team closely alongside Alanna. Outside the office, Rachel is a wife, stepmom, caregiver, and proud foodie. She loves spending time with family and friends—especially over sushi, Spanish food, or a good red wine or espresso martini—and, despite being gluten-free due to celiac disease, still considers herself a true food lover.

Kaelyn, a 2025 graduate of Millersville University, plays a key role in Advantage Insurance Group’s marketing and client relations. She manages social media, supports the team behind the scenes, and connects with clients through interviews and testimonials. Outside of work, Kaelyn enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and playing with her kitten Winnie—bringing the same creativity and focus on meaningful connection to both her personal life and her work at Advantage.

Darla is our office mascot who brings plenty of joy and love to the office. She loves to run, play fetch, and—most importantly—share kisses and cuddles with anyone who needs a smile. She’s friendly, energetic, and always happy to make a new friend!
